Join us on the water every Saturday at 8AM PST in Jan/Feb/Mar for your dose of Vitamin SEA.
These sessions will be made up of on land movements to warm up the body, breath work to reset the nervous system and on water paddling (SUP or Surf or even swim) drills to ignite that inner fire through these darker winter months.
There is so much research on cold water immersion benefits, but we do suggest wearing wetsuit /neoprene layers to stay warm and a full change of clothes to the beach for post session hangout time.
Bring a hot beverage and enjoy some social time after!
An example of a session:
- Suit up
- Beach run + core & shoulder warm up
- Water time (Paddle drills, distances and courses set etc)
- Back to shore – change and hangout.
*we recommend planning for 90min-2 hours – the actual session with last 1 hour but between the suit and unsuit at the beginning and end and some hangout time we don’t want to rush – instead soak up the Vitamin SEA benefits!
