Join us on the calm water to learn the basics of stand up paddling, then enter our floating studio where we will build the foundation of flowing through your yoga practice; incorporating the natural elements of water and wind which surround you.

Kristy Wright Schell will be leading this workshop to inspire you and prepare you for a weekly floating SUP Yoga practice.Stand up Paddle logo

General Schedule for this Workshop:

8:30 – 9:00 am Introductions & Goal Setting
9:00 – 10:00 am On water Paddling, class set up & warm-up
10:15 – 11:15 am SUPYoga Play time
11:30 Wrap Up!
